Cincinnati's historic Music Hall has many deep and strong ties to the community and the region, both as an organization and historic facility and also as a major arts entity. Here are but a few links to those resources.

The Cincinnati May Festival
The May Festival is the oldest continuous choral festival in the Western Hemisphere and one of the only true festivals that remain in our country today. Music Hall was built in order to provide May Festival with a proper performance hall.

The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra
The Cincinnati Symphony and Pops Orchestras are tenants in Cincinnati's historic Music Hall.

The Cincinnati Opera
The Cincinnati Opera is another long-time tenant of historic Music Hall.

iRhine
iRhine is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with the mission to develop the central community focus of communication for the many diversified offerings in the historic Cincinnati neighborhood of Over-the-Rhine (OTR). Through the Web site, educational meetings, events, and volunteering, iRhine has supported and encouraged socio-economic development for the Greater Cincinnati Region since 2000.

Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. (3CDC)
3CDC is a private corporation created to accelerate development activities in Center City Cincinnati as recommended by The Cincinnati Economic Development Task Force. 3CDC is chaired by Proctor & Gamble CEO A.G. Lafley, It has established working groups focused on three priority areas: Over the Rhine The Fountain Square District and The Banks.

Historical Society Library
For additional information on Cincinnati's historic Music Hall, visit the Cincinnati Museum Center's Historical Society Library. HSL also houses all materials uncovered by the Society for the Preservation of Music Hall.

Cincinnati Museum Center
In addition to being the home of the Cincinnati Historical Society Library, CMC houses the Cincinnati History Museum, Museum of Natural History and Science and the Cinergy Children's Museum.

The Cincinnati Art Museum was founded in Music Hall.

The Ohio Mechanics Institute/College of Applied Science, University of Cincinnati
OMI has a rich heritage in Cincinnati, not only as the the first school dedicated to technical education west of the Alleghenies but also the institution led to the creation of Music Hall.
